Working Supervisor
Full Time Position
Working Supervisor: 1. Must have knowledge of all aspects, of lawn maintenance and landscape operations.
a. Good mechanical ability. b. Train and supervise employees. c. Knowledge of plants, (bushes, shrubs, trees, perennials, annuals, etc…). d. Operate a variety of equipment, (power and hand). e. Good communication skills. f. Keep accurate work records. g. Must be responsible and self motivated.
Requirements for position: 1. Minimum 5 years experience working as a supervisor for a lawn maintenance and/or landscaping company 2. Valid drivers license. 3. Reliable transportation. 4. Pesticide applicators license, (turf and ornamental), or be able to acquire one.
Salary: 1. $30,000 – $50,000 per year, based on experience and performance.

Ornamental Bed Technician
Full and Part Time Positions
Ornamental Bed Maintenance Tech: 1. Knowledge of plants, (bushes, shrubs, trees, perennials, annuals, etc…). 2. Operate small power equipment and hand tools.
Requirements for position: 1. Valid drivers license. 2. Reliable transportation. 3. Pesticide applicators license, (turf and ornamental), or be able to acquire one.
Wage: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience
